HOW DOES IT WORK?
Klugit’s plug & play IoT device converts existing electric water heaters into smart devices. Using AI, the device learns the hot water usage routine and heats up water when needed, thus avoiding thermal losses and reducing the electricity bill by up to 60 EUR/year per family (offering a clear return on investment in year 1). A Wi-Fi connection enables demand-response operations like load-shifting, peak shaving or priority switch to renewable energy.
